Gang, Belated thanks to all! I got a new smartphone cell phone, and a few new things for my computer. I told you I had the Peter Pan syndrome...... ha. I am back to last July in reading my e-mail, so please understand these out of synch messeges. Let me tell you something, the older you get the slower you become, unless you go golfing like Ed. With the hot weather, I'm staying in. If you had come down I would have made you a strawberry cake that is good. I know "George Jones"!!! Hope you had/have a good BIRTHDAY. Peggy Maybe so, but then, you will still be older than me!! I better quit thinking about it. I've had some miserable days the past 2-3 years, but the tops was having to live in a nursing home for a month to have some therapy. Oh, I cannot even bear to think about it. I was so poor and pitiful - would NOT have had anyone on the list see me like that. I could not walk or even help myself stand because of my muscles deteriorating from being in an induced coma for 4-5 months. And the CNAs were constantly yelling at me "Can't you at least stand up????". No, stupid. My legs won't even work. It felt as if my legs were rubber bands when I would try to stand up or walk. I came really close to losing my religion on the staff more than a few times. Sure will give you a different perspective on things! You also see who really cares about their job and who just likes to have a paycheck coming in. Ken
