Cornbread salad   1 package cornbread mix 1 can whole kernel corn (drain) 1 cup mayonnaise 1 med. onion chopped 1 small bell pepper (I use less) 16 oz. pkg. grated cheddar cheese Bacon, cook & crumble ( I have use bacon bites) Tomatoes (2 or 3) chopped   Crumble cornbread in bottom of bowl (can use 13 x 9 pan)  Mix together mayonnaise, corn, onion & bell pepper.  cover with cheese. Top with tomatoes. Crumble bacon on top.   I have seen some recipes with pinto beans
