    3. Gang, This is the son-in-law of Sylvia Lynn Ferrell (daughter of Clyde Ferrell and Alice Louella Pullen). Ken The Star-Herald Kosciusko, MS December 10, 2008 Drury Denver Ellington Drury "Denver" Ellington, 51, died Dec. 6, 2008, at Hospice in His Hands in Madden, MS. Visitation was is tonight from 5-9 p.m. at Jordan Funeral Home. Funeral Services are Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in the Thomastown Cemetery. Jordan Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. The Rev. Alex Lawson and Rev. Steve Roberts will officiate the service. A Leake County native, he was a member of Thomastown Baptist Church. He was an owner of Attala Discount Drugs and Attala Fitness and Tanning. He was a former vocational-agricultural teacher and high school principal at Ethel High School in Attala County. He was an avid horse enthusiast and a longtime member of the American Quarter Horse Association. Survivors include: his wife, Vickie Sanders Ellington of Kosciusko; son, Adam Drury Ellington and girlfriend, Andrea Brahs of Lake Worth, Fla.; daughter, Nola Michelle Pearson and husband, Jeremy of Crystal Springs; brothers, Jimmy D. Ellington and wife, Cathy of Thomastown; sister, Troyce Bain and husband, Steve of Thomastown; four grandchildren, Jace-Brodin Fletcher Ellington, Christian Pearson, Addyson Pearson and Tommy Pearson. He is preceded in death by his parents, Royce D. and Shirley McDonald Ellington and grandson, Jeremy Pearson Jr. Pallbearers were Donald Shannon, Danny Shannon, Tim Shannon, Mike Ellington, John Larry "Skippy" Ellington, Anthony Ellington, Jamie Ellington and Johnny Agent. Memorials may be sent to the Presbyterian Day School or any local church.
