Star Herald Kosciusko, Ms. Dec. 1, 2008 Denton Roy Palmertree Denton Roy Palmertree, 89, of Kosciusko, a farmer, died Nov. 28, 2008 at his home. Funeral services were held Dec. 1, at 11 a.m. at Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Hebron Cemetery. Rev. Duran Palmertree officiated. He was a member of Hebron Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Christine Rushing Palmertree; a son Donald Harold Palmertree; his parents, Edward & Tennie Gibson Palmertree. He is survived by sons, Kenneth Palmertree of Kilmichael, Roy K. Palmertree, of Kosciusko, Travis C. Palmertree of Verden, OK., Ted Edward Palmertree of Kosciusko, Bennie Palmertree, of Kilmichael & Randy D. Palmertree, of Huntsville, Ala; daughters, Jeanette Norris of McCool, Barbara Sanders, of Vaiden & Mary Lynn Dodd of West; a host of grandchildren. Grandsons served as pallbearers. Memorials maybe sent to the Hebron Baptist Church Building Fund.
