Well, Donnie...It's 70 degrees here today. I have the front and back door open letting the house 'air out'. The Christmas tree (a red cedar) thinks it's back out in the pasture again! We just finished up a late lunch of leftovers. GUess I'll have to cook something fresh for tomorrow and freeze the rest. Don't want to burn the guys out on ham. Peggy, my 19 year old son went out shopping early this morning to get some type cable he needed for some of his new electronic gizmos. He said there were very few people out, even at Wal-Mart in Starkville. This was around 10 AM. I haven't even been out of the house today. It didn't warm up much here, even with the sun shining all day. Might have gotten close to 50. I did venture out thinking I might get a haircut but they are closed. I did have my first turkey sandwich for lunch. To me, a turkey sandwich is best before the turkey has been refrigerated. Doesn't take me long to get burned out on leftovers. I had just cooked turkey for Thanksgiving so I might burn out really fast this time.
