Visitation is today at 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Southern Funeral Home in Durant. Funeral services are 11 a.m. Monday, November 24, 2008, at Southern Funeral Home, with burial in the New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Kosciusko. She was born in Attala County on November 28, 1926 to Odie Miller and Annie Mae Ramage Miller. She was a member of New Salem Baptist Church. Survivors include: son, James (Janie) of Corpus Christi, TX; daughters, Claudette (Ricky) Hathcock of West, Margie (Edward) Briscoe of Vaiden, Elizabeth (Joe) Fretterly of Port Huron, Michigan; brother, R. W. Miller of Vaiden; sisters, Shirley Strahan of Kosciusko, Maudie Oliphant of Oxford; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband, James "Dick" Grice; son, Kenny Grice; daughter, Mary Jane Wilson; great grandson, Will Lewis; and brother, J.W. Miller
