I show: George& Mary Jane had Samuel, 1819; William M, 1821/married Mary J Downs; George Jr 1825; John J, 1826; Margaret, 1827 married Thomas Downs; Ann, abt 1829; Caroline, abt 1832; Henry; & Mary E, abt 1845 and married JJ Stewart in Cobb Co. Ga. The Downs/Steen families must have lived in the same community.  I have been looking for Josiah (Chenola) Downs. Some years he is on the census and some not. I think he must have lived with the Indidans part time as he had an Indian wife, also. I haven't gotten to the children of these people yet.
