The Clarion-Ledger Jackson, MS September 18, 2006 Meta Guess Martin Kosciusko Meta Louise Guess Martin, 95, died Friday, September 15, 2006, at Attala Country Nursing Center in Kosciusko. Visitation is 12-2 p.m. at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko with services to follow in the chapel. Burial is in Parkway Cemetery in Kosciusko. Rev. Barry Corbett will conduct the services. A member of the First Presbyterian Church of Kosciusko, Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Eldon Martin and a granddaughter, Karan Alexander Gordon. She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Martin of Kosciusko and Jeannette Alexander (Robert) of Kosciusko, one grandson, Bob Alexander (Peggy) of Kosciusko, grandson-in-law Billy Gordon (Tracy) of Vicksburg, four great-grandsons, Kyle Bradley Gordon, Matthew Flynn Gordon, Reed Aaron Gordon, and Adam Martin Alexander, and a brother, Claude J. Guess of Kosciusko. Pallbearers are Mark Suggett, Doug Thornton, and her four great-grandsons.
