June 28, 1946 The Winona Times Winona, Ms. Thirty five Attend Herring Family Reunion The family of the late Jackson Herring, held a reunion at the home near Winona on Sunday, June 23rd. It was the first reunion ever held at which all sons & daughters & their wives & husbands were in attendance. A delicious buffet dinner was served to Mrs. Jack E. Herring of Winona, Mr. & Mrs. Maurice F. Herring, 2 daughters, Joyce & Judy & son, Jack Locke, all of Raymond, Ms., Mr. & Mrs. A.B. Blass & 2 sons, A. B., Jr. & Joseph of Monroeville, Ala., Howard P. Herring, Indianola, Mr. & Mrs. Bernard Herring & sons, Bernard Eugene & Clyde Bridges of Montgomery, Ala., Mr. & Mrs. Floyd Darnell of Okolona; Miss Nancy Stoker of Winona; Mr. & Mrs. Arnold T. Herring, daughter, Minnie Elizabeth & son, Jackie, of Winona; Mr. & Mrs. L.B. Herring, Jr. of Carthage. During the afternoon the following relatives called at the home; Mr. & Mrs. Leo A. Wingate of Kilmichael, Mrs. Maude Rose of Kilmichael; Mrs. George Flowers, her son, George Wingate Flowers & daughter, Lillian Kent Flowers all of Winona; Mr. & Mrs. J.W. Fisackerly & son Billy of Winona, Mrs. Charlie Lee Fisackerly & Sanford Pittman of Winona.
