Ken, One of the most busy four lane streets in Norman is beside the local golf course, I know they used to hit cars but haven't heard anything lately, maybe they redid the course, must check on that because I do think about it passing by and seeing the golfers. ?But do have a story about generous goflers and my grandson. He's a buff?college wrestler in Kan. now but when he was about 10-11 he was a very tanned skinny little kid, just wearing cut off jeans,?looking like a waif no matter how many steaks etc, his butcher shop?dad furnished for him.? But he made a LOT of money, a couple of summers, recovering and selling?the golf balls from the creek next to the golf course back to the golfers. The first time he was just being nice, offering them back, not knowing they would tip him and so well. They paid him so well, we could not believe it!!!! I sort of thought they were trying to feed his family the way he looked then.?
