Hi to all our family on line, I guess I really don't have a good excuse for not saying much on line this past year. I have been reading everything posted and enjoying all except the death of all our love ones that we have lost on this line this year. My prayers have always been with you all. About a month ago I got a bee in my bonnet and went to work on my Talbert side of the family. I just was not able to get past my grandpa Talbert. It was just a brick wall. Then my cousin ask me a question and that made me go though some of my mom's things I had put off going though. Well I found two letters and a address list and some things started falling into place. I started looking on familysearch.org and found some of the family listed as Talbot. In one of the letters from a cousin of my dad she said that her brother and sister and herself had to go and live with their grandpa and grandma on their mom's side after their mom died in a fire on Dec. 21 1904 in Summit Ms and is buried at Johnson Station ms. Would like to find a new paper clipping of that but that might be hard to get. Any way I found the kids living with their grandpa and grandma listed as Talbot. I went to the LDS history family center and they helped me confrim what I had found and looked up some more for me. They were very nice at helping me. I am sending for two death certificates so wish me the best on that one. So much for my Talbert side of the family.
