Starkville Daily News.com Starkville, Ms Aug. 9, 2011   Maebell Ashley Palmertree   Maebell Ashley Palmertree, 99, passed away in Mathiston on Aug. 9,2011.  She was a homemaker and member of the Bethany Church of God in Poplar Creek.  She was a wonderfull granny, not just to her family but to all who knew her.   She was preceded in death by her son, James Denton Palmertree; grandson, James Michael Palmertree;  sister, Faye Palmertree; & 2 brothers, Ira Ashley & Ozzy Ashley.   She is survived by her sister, Kate Dorman; 4 granddaughters,s Sandi Fason, Donna Hester, Carrie White & Lori Mullins; 2 grandsons, Jimmy & Tommy Palmertree; 13 great grandchildren; & 5 great great grandchildren.   Visitation for Mrs. Palmertree is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 11 from 12-2 p.m. at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville, with the funeral service immediately following in the funeral home chapel.  Rev.
