Lewis, Wash., announce the birth of daughter, Kellye Michelle, born Feb. 22, 1978.  She is being welcome by a brother Gregory Brian, age 2 years.  Maternal grandparents are Mr. & Mrs. Chris George & paternal grandfather, Coleman Palmertree all of Winona.  Mrs.  Palmertree will be remembered as the former Phoebe George of Winona.
