I've only been once to the Chancery Clerk office looking up obits.  I've only found a few.  I know Beth will put them on "Find a Grave" if no one else needs them.  So be repear to delete.   Jan. 5, 1978 The Winona Times Winona, Ms.   Mrs. Mary Anna Chesteen   Mrs. Mary Anna Chesteen, 98, of Ridgecrest, Calif. died Thursday, Dec. 29, 1977 at Ridgecrest after a length illness. She was a native of Montgomery County, the widow of the late Charles W. Chesteen.   Survivors include 6 daughters, Mrs. Beulah Landrum & Mrs Lois Cummins, both of Stewart, Mrs. Minnie Steves of China Lake, Calif.; Mrs. Lura Ware, of Houston, Texas; Mrs. Juanita Madden of Los Osos, Calif.; & Mrs. Charline Basile of Woburn, Mass.; 1 son, A.J. Chesteen of Grenada; 20 grandchildren & 24 great grandchildren.   Funeral services were conducted by Rev. D.D. Blanton of Osyka, at Nations Poplar Creek Baptist Church at 10:00 a.m. Monday, Jan. 2.  Burial was in Nation Poplar Creek Cemetery with Oliver Funeral Home in charge.   Pallbearers were James Cummins, Billy Cummins, William Dodd, Melvin Hardy, Billy Dauyghety, Noel Bain.
