Who is the computer expert in this bunch. I am always having printer problems and now when I try to go to printer is says “Dashboard Error”. I need advice!!

My best advice is to call the manufacturer. I have spent so much time with mine, and am on my third printer, and now it is not working. I was just sitting here dreading calling them again.
