May 17, 1979 The Winona Times Winona, Ms.    Stanley F. Brooks   Stanley F. Brooks, 66, of Kilmichael died May 11 at Veterans Hospital in Jackson.  Mr. Brooks was a retired farmer, member of Nations Poplar Creek Baptist Church, U.S. World War II Veteran & was married to the late Norma Jean Vannada.  He is survived by 3 sisters, Mrs. Edna Love of Indianola, Mrs. D.F. Hood of Memphis & Mrs. J.P Dunning of Little Rock, Ark.; 1 brother, Tom Brooks of Levelland, Texas.   Services were conducted by Rev. H.B. Vinson at Nations Poplar Creek Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 13 with burial in the church cemetery.  Oliver Funeral Home in charge.   Pallbearers were Glynn Brooks, Dewitt Brooks, Colon Williams, Bobby Greenlee, W.C. Nail, & W.A. Austin.
