    1. Re: [PTREE] Delbert Herbert Palmertree
    2. Anyone know anything about the below? There is a small group in a Palmertree site on Facebook. I never know anyone they mention but thought someone would? I don't even remember how I got on there. _Janie Palmertree_ (https://www.facebook.com/janie.palmertree?hc_location=stream) I am looking for Michael Gay "Mike" Palmertree and/or Jennifer Ayers Palmertree that possibly live in the Mesquite area for family information. Mike is the son of Delbert Herbert Palmertree and Velma Inez Hopson. I am trying to find them for a family member. Thanks

    2. All clear here per the weather, but will be long time for other recovery. We were so lucky! Homes and stuff can be replaced but lost family members and friends that is really something hard to deal with. I'm having to go grocery shop, you can only cook so long without restocking. Thank Goodness Joe likes whatever I cook. Take care everyone. And if you are in tornado country, get a shelter of some kind. I think they actually are going to pass a resolution or law or whatever that newsubdivisions have to put in shelters of some kind. It needs to be small individual ones or won't be used as much. I'm sure glad we have one, but if it was not right out by the house it would be much harder to get to a neighborhood one. When we were stationed at Tinker which is just up the road from us now, we lived in Midwest City and the division we lived in did have one cellar. Since Joe worked nights I did take my four kiddies to the cellar a couple of times and we were the only ones there. I was sort of worried about who else might show up. So individual ones for families are the way to go. Sorry got off on a speech there, but this subject is really on my mind lately, you can guess why. Stay safe everyone. Wouldn't want to lose one cuz to a storm. Nova In a message dated 5/22/2013 9:30:22 A.M. He then divorced and when he was 21 he married his second wife Jennifer Ayers whom became Jennifer Palmertree. They had a son together named Michael Jr on July 8, 1986, he had a kidney removed when he was only 3 days old. I'm sure you know this information; however, they also had two daughters. One daughter was given up for adoption about two years after Michael was born. The last child they had together was also a girl, born December 11, 1990. She was given up and adopted by Larry and Michelle Auslander and grew up in New Jersey. I am Chelsea Auslander, I was the last child they had together... When Delbert married Velma he had: Amy, David, Robert, and Michael. Michael Palmertree is around 46 years old now and he is my birth father... so I am guessing Delbert Hubert Palmertree is my grandfather, making your husband my half uncle? Anyways Michael Palmertree had a son named Joshua on April 5 1984 and divorced Joshua's mother, then he married Jennifer Ayers when he was 21, she was 20. Michael and Jennifer had a son together named Michael Jr born July 8, 1986; whom they lost custody of due to inability to financially care for him, so he was under the care of Jennifer's Aunt. Then, Michael and Jennifer had a daughter whom would be 23 or 24 now that they gave up for adoption through Adoption Services Association in San Antonio, Texas. After that around a year later, they had another daughter on December 11, 1990 that they gave up for adoption as well; that would be me. I was adopted ! to a family in New Jersey and my name is Chelsea Auslander. I have been searching nonstop for information on their whereabouts today; It's hard to live your whole life not knowing one person from your birth family. I've been researching the lineage of my biological family and found many dead-ends and a long path of confusion. Please let me know if you have any information in regards Delbert's other children; aka your husbands half brothers and sister. Thank you so much!! 3. Nova - Glad you and Joe are o.k. That storm is something I hope I never have to experience. But I do remember living in MS and going next door to be in their storm cellar -- we didn't have one. A lot of the adults had lived through bad times and they took no chances. Keep us posted on how you are doing.
