    1. Re: [PTREE] Holiday Shopping Plus
    2. Hi All, Joe and I will probably celebrate with two or three Thanksgiving dinners. One in Albuquerque on Thanksgiving Day, with son Tom and Veronica. She is serving Crab Cakes. Don't know if she knew that is one of my favorites, she's a great cook!! Several of us are celebrating with Mom at Cedar Creek Living Center at their potluck dinner (supper). My friends are ready to move in with Mom, we all live such boring lives, I was telling them about George the Hispanic in-house plumber/handyman teaching David an aide the Fandango, now David does it coming into Mom's room, making her laugh all the time. He sure puts a gleam in the young female aides' eyes!! Another day a resident's son was visiting with his Mom at Mom's lunch table and telling about his world travels working for one of the shows on the cooking channels!! Haven't been Christmas shopping yet, but will try to get my tree up as soon as I can, after Thanksgiving, that will get me in the mood! Have a great day everyone. 3. This page was not found, but there is a Jake Palmertree on Facebook so I'll send him a message and see if he got married anytime recently. In case anyone is wondering, Facebook is a social site similar to Myspace, where people create their own profiles and connect with each other through messages, sharing pictures, and such. I encourage everyone to become a member if you aren't already. 3. The Frisco Mechanic Family News (published in the interest of the F.A. of M.C. & C.D. Employees May 1931 F.Y.I - The St. Louis-San Francisco Railway, known as the Frisco, was a dominant railroad throughout the south central United States, primarily in Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. It played an important role in the lives of people all along the rails. The Frisco had acquired rights of way through much of the region and had an interest in the development of that land, which would eventually bring people to an area, people who would use the services of the railroad. Many of the towns began initially as a result of a depot or station needed by the Frisco for fuel and water. The population also expanded along the railroad as a result of the opportunities for employment it provided. "N. B. 3. Gang, I just discovered a resource at Ancestry.com that lists Leonard S. Palmertree's full name is Leonard Seymore Palmertree. He is the son of Delbert Palmertree and Myrtle Odelia Seymore. I also discovered that Leonard Craig Palmertree, Jr.'s (b/ 6 Sep 1980) mother is listed as Sharon L. Ausmus. That's a name I haven't heard before. I only have one wife for Leonard Craig Palmertree, Sr. and it's Madge B. Conn. I have no dates or other info for her. Ken

    3. Hi Ed, I still haven't talked to Hayden to see when he and Al Beasley can be there. It mainly depends on them. We'll see. Far as I know, I'll try to keep the hoedown going each year long as there is an interest. It was a little disappointing that we had 45 less people this last time than the first time. We had waaay to much ribs and fish. That happens when I can't get even a close count. 3. Jeannine, if you have some put back & can find them, you're luckier than I. I forget about them & find them 2 or 3 years later. I got something for me last year & couldn't find it until this past Tuesday. I've got where if I get something for the grand's, I tell their Mom what I've got & where I put it. I do have to hide if from them for they want it now instead of Christmas. For you shoppers, how many goes on Fri. after Thanksgiving? Not me. Everyone have fun shopping.
