Bethlehem Steel has a website (http://www.bethsteel.com), but they do not have much information about employees or history. The only history they give is general company history (see http://www.bethsteel.com/history.html). I have been looking for other Beth Steel resources, but nothing yet. Since Bethlehem Steel's main plant is (was) actually in Northampton County, you might want to try that county's mailing list (PANORTHA-L@rootsweb.com).
