Would this seem to indicate a move circa 1795 or might this family have lived in the same place and be noted in such diverse records? Also, the border between Lehigh and NorthHampton counties seems unclear on my map. Is it basically defined by some river? >> During your time frame, present day Lehigh Co. was still a part of Northampton. Lehigh became a county in 1812. According to maps in Pennsylvania Line, Lower Saucon (southeast corner of present Northampton Co) and Tohickon (western Bucks Co) are very close together. Mt. Bethel is at the northern end of present Northampton Co. and is not so close to the other two sites. How about a move about 1795 of the parents and children with the grandparents remaining at the more southerly location? Betty
