    3. In 1720 Conrad Weiser married a young woman of Schoharie, and was the father of 15 children, 8 of whom died young. His wife and 7 children survived him, Philip, Frederick, Samuel, Benjamin, Peter, Anna Maria, married Rev. Melchior Muhlenberg, and Margaret who married ___ Finker. Frederick Weiser, 4th child and 3rd son, of Conrad, was born 24 Dec 1728 at Schohari. He settled in Berks Co., PA, and he is buried at Klinger's Church near Klingerstown, in the western part of Schuylkill county. It appears that at the time of his death, however, in 1796 he was a resident of Heidelberg twp., Berks Co. In release of the executor of the estate of his father, Frederick Weiser, Conrad Weiser in 1797 were given title by his 4 sister (3 of whom were marrried to Kehls-the latters' relations are not known). By the death of Frederick Weiser his exrs. became involved in a lawsuit with Daniel Wormelsdorf over a mill at Womelsdorf, Berks Co. Frederick Weiser's heirs were; Conrad, John, Peter, Eve Collins (who was a widow in 1797), Catharine married Jacob Kehl, Hannah, married George Kehl, and Sarah married John Kehl. Conrad Weiser, son of Frederick, was born April 16, 1753, and on Nov 12, 1775, was married to Elizabeth Klinger, d/o Philip. He died Sept 19, 1804. Children; Frederick, Jacob, Philip, Hannah, Mrs. George Hepner, Catharine, Elizabeth and Sarah. Philip Weiser, grandson of Conrad, was born in Schuylkill County, May 13, 1787, died Nov 16, 1863. He is buried at the Plum Creek Church, Northumberland Co. His wife was Catharine, d/o George Malick, was born Aug 24, 1788 and died May 31, 1852. Children; George, Cathariine, who married Henry Fasold, Solomon, Elizabeth married George Kieffer, Margaret, born 1815, married John C. Evert and died 1893. Rev. War Weiser John, Cont. Line and PA Line, soldier also rec'd a PA state pension or $40 per annum from April 1827. Soldier enlisted at Reading, Berks Co. He applied 1827 in Cumberland Co. In 1827 soldier had a wife aged 67 and referred to 6 children living with him but the only one child named was Peter aged 36. Weiser Mary Catharine, 29 April 1760 d/o Peter and Anna Mary-St. Joseph's R.C Weiser John Jacob 4 Oct 1767 s/o Jacob and Susanna Dorothea, -St. Michael's Lutheran Weisser Margaretha 14 July 1766 Jacob and Elizabeth-1st Reformed Montgomery Co Muhlenberg, Rev. Proved Oct 16, 1787 To wife Mary Ann during widowhoold, estate including 7 acres in Providence 10 acres between George Diehl's and Andrew Miller's lot near German Lutheran Church. 3 acres, 1/2 draw well between Mr. Badman's lot and whatever wife had from her deceased father Conrad Weiser. To dau., Salome, wife of Mathida Richard, 100 pds. Remainder at wife death to 3 sons and 4 daug. Exrs. Wife Mary Ann, sons Frederick A., and Ernest Henry Muhlenberg. Conrad Weiser, born in Germany, 1698, and came to this country in his 14th year, and at present at Lancster Co and is the ancester of Rev. C.Z. Weiser, now residing in Greenville, Montgomery Co. Bucks Co John Weidner, of Lower Milford, Proved Dec 10, 1788. Wife Elizabeth and son Jacob, exrs. sons John, Jacob, Lenard and Daniel. Daus. Mary Johnson, Magdalena Underculfer, Plantine Gruber, Elizabeth Weikel, Hannah Weiser, and Catharine Hertzel. Weiser, Conrad, late of Penn twp, Northumberland Co, deceased., laid out of piece of ground adj. Selinsgrove, which he called Weisenbrug. Barbara Weiser and Benjamin Weiser are admins. of the estate. The Weiser family - On the proclamation of Queen Ann, of England, in 1708, owing to internal dissensions in Germany, about 4000 Germans was transport to Holland in 1709, thence to England. They encamped near London, when in the following year, Gov. Robert Hunter, of NY, who was then in England, and about to sail for his own county, invited them with him about 3000 of these Germans or Palatine to what is now the State of NY. Among the emigrants was the father of Conrad Weiser, with wife and 7 sons and daughters. He is the great ancestor of the Weiser family in this country. His Christian names is not for a certainly is known. From one of the Weier sons of York are descended. The colony at Schoharie did not posper. They began looking for new homes, and began wending their course in a south-eastly direction. Here they made canoe, in which they floadted down river to the mouth of the Swartara. Conrad Weiser, his eldest son, was a justice under the King, and the celebrated Indian interpreted. He left 7 children, to whom, by married, the Muhlenbergs are related. Samuel Weiser, a descendant of the Tulpehocken settlement, came to York in 1780. He died in 1834, aged 74y and his remains were interred at Christ's Lutheran Church. They have since been removed to Prospect Hill cemetery, He married Eva Phfleager, and they had eight children; Samuel, Jacob, Charles, Daniel, Catharine, Eliza, Margaret and Cassandra. Samuel, son of Samuel, died 1856. Children; Augustus, Albert of Preston, Minn., Aemilus of Decorah, Iowa, Lousia married John Ensimger, Alexander, Catharine married John C. Rupert, Margaret married Josiah Poorbaugh, of Somerset Co., PA, Annie married David Ziegler, of York, Florence married Martin Bender of York, and Helen Best Wishes, Geri
