Jonas Heller Saturday, November 9, 1895 Obituary Jonas Heller, died at his home in Whitehall, above Mickley’s Church yesterday morning of dropsy, aged 60 years. He was the father of Abner Heller, the South Allentown undertaker. A widow and three children survive. The funeral will be held on Tuesday forenoon at the Jordan Lutheran Church. Mrs. Heller’s father was buried on Thursday. Mother of I. Hellman Wednesday, September 11, 1895 Obituary The mother of I. Hellman, milliner, at No 643 Hamilton Street, died at her home at Plainfield, N. J. after a lingering illness. Services at the house. Interment in West End Cemetery. Edward C. Hellig Wednesday, August 14, 1895 Obituary Edward G. Hellig, of Pottstown, died Monday morning aged 75 years. A year ago he suffered a paralytic stroke, from which he never fully recovered. William G. Hellig of the First Ward, this city, is a brother of deceased. Mr. Hellig was a carpenter by trade, and entered the employ of the Philadelphia and Reading Railroad Company half a century ago and remained with that company until eight years ago, when deceased work owing to increasing years. Mr. Hellig assisted in the sonstruction of part of the line. The funeral will take place on Thursday afternoon. Edwin W. Hendricks Monday, April 22, 1895 Obituary Edwin W. Hendricks, a son of the long deceased, William H. Hendricks, and his wife Ellen L., daughter of Stephen Rhoads, died at 7:30 p.m. Saturday of hasty consuption after an illness of several months which started with the grip on January 21. He was weighmaster for the Consiliated Steel and Wire Company and a graduate of the Allentown High School in 1891. His sister, Miss Carrie A. Hendricks, survives. Since the death of his mother he and his sister resided at No. 611 Turner Street. Deceased was 21 years and 5 months of age. He was a member of the Y.M.C.A. and Mercury Wheelmen and had a large circle of friends, who will regret to hear of his early death. Funeral will take place Wednesday at 10 a.m. Services at his late residence, at which Rev. T. J. Hacker, his pastor, will officiate. Interment in Fairview Cemetery will follow. John Henry Tuesday, November 5, 1895 Obituary John Henry, died at Danielsville on Saturday evening at 7 o’ clock. He leaves a wife and one child, 13 months old. His father and mother and one sister, Sarah, the wife of Cyrus Roichy, also survive. John, was a son of William Henry. The funeral will be held at the Little Moore township church tomorrow forenoon at 10 o’clock. He was 31 ?years of age. Mr. Henry was badly injured by a boiler explosion at the quarry Thursday morning. Lanah Henry Friday, December 6, 1895 Obituary Lanah, wife of Stephen Henry, of Danielsville died yesterday, aged 59 years. Apoplexy was the cause of the death. Laura Herman Tuesday, October 22, 1895 Obituary Laura, wife of Robert Herman of Slatedale, died suddenly Saturday forenoon while at her household duties. She had been in ill health for some time from a complication of diseases. She left a husband and an adopted child. The funeral will be held tomorrow morning. Rev. J. I. Yetter of Slatington will officiate. Ammon F. Herrmann Tuesday, February 5, 1895 Obituary Ammon F. Herrmann, the youngest son of professor C. F. Herrmann, died at his home on Turner Street, near Church, at 6:25 last evening. He was sick in bed for one week. He was 25 years, 10 months and 19 days old. His young wife, who is a daughter of William S. Hamersley, survives. They were married four years and seven months and have lost one child. Deceased was a member of Salem’s Reformed Church.
