northampton co., pa. 1805, jan 15, delong, thomas, plainfield twp., 5m 10d 1818 nov 16, catharine de long, plainfield, age 59y 8m 10d 1831 sept 9, henry de long, plainfield age 73 7m 19d 1817 april 22 philip eberts to salome de long monroe co., pa assessment for stroud for 1820, includes, francis de long, john de long, sr., isaac de long luzerne co. de long, peter h., of loyalville, was born in stroudsburg, monroe co, june 18, 1818 s/o rancis and ann (stone) de long, both natives of monroe co. ann stone was the d/o richard stone, a rev. war vet. francis de long had 9 children, peter h. being 2nd in the family. in dec. 1842 peter h.., married levina d/o john and elisabeth santee. they had 12 children, living, john, sarah, henry, caroline, edlzabeth, andrew and susan, all married and well to do. members of the m.e. church. rev. war stone, richard, pa. line, applied in 1820 northampton co., pa. aged 58 a resident of stroudsburg and he lived there at enlistment. in 1820 soldier gave his age as 60 and stated that he had 9 children with the youngest being 13 and none able do more than support themselves and families. the following signed p.o.a in 1852, henry durham, elisabeth (durham) who married robert parker and maryann (durham) who married william sips or sipps, all of lancaster co., pa. no relationship stated.
