Thank You - I have done so more than once and ? Yesterday I sent it again like you are suggesting ? Hopefully one day someone will figure out how for me to post and for it to go through directly to the message board. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought this was a mailing list. Not connected to a board. Edna CTGIRLBEAR@aol.com wrote: Thank You - I have done so more than once and ? You're not wrong. I think Louise has just confused a <mailing list> with a <message board>. I think she wants to send a message to the people on the <mailing list> without having to reply to another message that someone else sent, and it doesn't seem like she's having any luck. And people keep telling her how to post messages to the Lehigh County <message board>, which is a different animal. The instructions in the FAQ section on the Rootsweb mailing list page indicate that the way to send the message is to address it to palehigh-L@rootsweb.com, which is what I advised her to do. This does not seem to be working for Louise. Anyone know why? Louise, There seems to be some confusion here. You are receiving replies to your messages --so they are going to the board. If the problem is that you are not receiving them, try checking your Junk or Spam file. My ISP was putting my messages in the Junk email file. I had to change the setting to get them in my regular inbox. Hope this helps. Don't feel bad, I have 50+ spellings & Variations I have to deal with, and am working on. But, take heart, if you live long enough you will get more clues! But, I'm back to 1761. ----- Original Message ----- From: <CTGIRLBEAR@aol.com> To: <palehigh@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, March 08, 2007 1:49 PM Subject: Re: [PALEHIGH] Posting to mailing list > Thank You - > > I have done so more than once and ?
