(bertsch) kuntz. of treirchler's, pa. and his wife sarah a., nee keck, d/o charles and mary (gangawere) keck of allentown, pa. he was born at mulberry, indiana where his father labored as pator (1873-1881). when he was 6 they family moved to conyngham, pa., he graduated from hazleton high school, 1891. on june 29, 1910 he married sadie treichler grimley, d/o jeremiah m. and caroline e. (treichler) grimley of allentown. on 21 june 1911 a son was born who bears the name of jeremiah franklin kuntz. bejamin. n knauss was born near cedarville, in south whitehall, lehigh co. member of st. paul's lutheran ch.. he married oct. 21, 1855 to sarah steininger, born dec 31, 1835, d/o leonhard and catharine (kuhns) steininger. children; elemanda, marie catharine married edward lichtenwalder, george, tilghman g., isabele sarah and frank p. ilghman g. knauss, s/o benjamin f. was born march3, 1859. he married 1st to rosa , d/o john kuhns and wf. children; salome, estella and john. he married 2nd dec. 16, 1909 to elizabeth seipel, d/o alfred. no children joseph kleppinger s/o johannes george, lived and died at weaversville. he was married and had children; ellen, frank, george, eleanora, william and edwin. david kleppinger, married lovina d/o joseph kuntz. they had 13 children, 4 died smalll, louisa, joseph, james, annie, jeremiah, george, sarah married dr. n. ritter of allentown, adina married frank dreisbach and thomas. eliias kleppinger, s/o ludwig was born april 19, 1728 in lehigh twp., northampton co., he married sybilla kuntz, born jan. 7, 1787 and died sept.19, 1869. members of the stone lutheran ch. children; mrs. daniel app, mrs. abraham lerch, samuel and stephen. jacob frantz, s/o anthony, was born about 1742, he marrie margaret _ children, susanna, henry anthony and john george, born june 12, 1776, married 1800 to catharine kuhns, died june 8, 1848. children, 10, names unknown. Do you have any further info on this, I am looking at his dau who married Solomon Grimley. Do you have a birthdate for her? And do you know if this was Solomon Grimley Jr. or senior? I have a Mary Grimley Cassel d/o Solomon Grimley and his wife Fiega (Sophia) unknown. I am thinking there is a connection. Solomon's will (Phila Co) mentions a son Solomon. Would appreciate anything you could dig up further.
