(frederick twp). george michael kuntz, arrived at phila. 24 sept 1727. he made an entry of the circumstance in his bible. he settled on the lands along swamp creek, and he married eve englehart, sister to ludwig engelhart on 1 april 1732. children; mary, born nov. 14, 1734, married john stetler, maria catharine, 14 may 1738 married john reimer, susan, oct. 4, 1740, married ludwig reimer, george michael, july 7, 1742, frederick, july 6, 1744, john, june 26, 1747, catharine, feb. 9, 1750 married 1st michael krebs, 2nd john richards, elisabeth, jan. 12, 1754 married jacob zieber, george michael kuntz died aug. 10, 1759, eve his widow, died june 27, 1772 christian stetler, son of the elder henry, was born feb. 3, 1741, married march 4, 1765 to catharine kuntz, died dec. 5, 1813. his wife died nov. 3, 1826. children; hannah, 1769, henry, 1771, philip, 1773, abraham, 1780, adam, 1787 frederock reimer came from the palatinate. he came on the thistle, aug 29, 1730. his wife's name was elizabeth. children, elizabeth, salome, born 1719, in the pakatubate, married john herger, and died 1800, susanna, barbara, john petermarried rachel zieber, johannes married maria catharine kuntz, ludwig married susanna kuntz, anna margaret, catharine, elisabeth married solomon grimley. the leidig private burying ground, on sept 17, 1764, christian shultze made a survey of the lands of christian stetler and a draft which shows that the space set apart for the burial ground was takenn from the farms belonging to christian stetler, rev. kuntz. contributors were in 1783, ludwig ngelhart, philip leydich sr., heinrich schmidt, casper achenbach, frederick kuntz, michael kuntz, christian setler, john stetler,johanes stetler, joseph bitting, frederick weiss, henrich sassaman, leohart leydich, johannes heger, michael krebs, jacob christman, george michael, catharine stetler, benjamin schneder, andres wukkm philip leydich, heinrich grob, daniel krauss, david bruch. family names buried there, achenbach, acker, bende, bitting, boyer, christman, emerich, fuchs, grob, herb, herman, hoffman, koons, krauss, langbein, leydich, litecap, mattis, may, mebry, moor, neunzehenholtzer, pannepacker, puhl, reifsnyder, reimer, roth, sassaman, scheid, schlonecker, schmidt, schneider, schwartz, schwenk, seylor, stetler, sweisfort, weisz, wulling, zieber.
