Stover on Feb. 6, 1734. Johannes Lichtenwalner and his wife Barbara and daughter landed in Philadelphia, Aug. 17, 1733, and settled on the Jordan Creek, North Whitehall. Nearly all the early settlers here were Lutheran from the Palatinate. Originally Known as the " Lutheran Congregation at Macungie, Bucks Co." [ I am guessing there was another daughter born before coming to America] 1744 - Warrant for fifty acres of land for the Lutheran Congregation.
