Came across a page from the aRCHIVES, showing a Peter MARSH as Ensign for Sussex Co., 1756.and across the page is an Andrew WORK, LAncaster Co.,,PA 1756. W & M can be read for each other in the old swirly handwriting. I don't know her husband's name. I was looking for the Will of John GREYBILL and wife, Hannah, when she asked why. "He is my 4th GGF." she said. Mine too. They removed to Delaware, OH, also. If anyone has any information about this Dengler family, I would really appreciate hearing from you. This has been a brick wall for me since I started my family search 6 years ago. I'm trying to locate my Dengler ancestors as follows: Frederick Dengler, born 1818 in Berks County, and a brother John, born about 1825 in Lehigh County, parents unknown, additional siblings unknown. The two brothers moved to Delaware, Delaware County, OH, married and died there. I have no other information about where they came from or their parents. The two families attended a Lutheran church in Delaware. Frederick married Rebecca Worline, whose grandfather was born in Weissenburg, Northampton (now Lehigh). Her grandparents were Johann Albright (Albrecht) Worline, born March 4, 1762, and Susannah A. Siegfried, born April 16 1760 in Siegfried's Dale, Maxatawny Twp., Berks Co. They removed to Delaware, OH, also. If anyone has any information about this Dengler family, I would really appreciate hearing from you.
