Peter Schlosser, b.October 28, 1725 Since the father settled in Upper Milford, the son may have settled in Lower Milford. I would suppose there is not much other info then the signing. What does the signing mean? Does it mean since they signed some one could join the DAR or SAR listing them as their patriot? Gordon A. 1. [PALEHIGH] Daniel STAHLER Upper Milford ca 1820
    2. Ronald A. Madle
    3. I am trying to find information about the ancestors of Daniel STAHLER (b ca 1820, Upper Milford; d ca 1893) who was married to Theresa UNKNOWN (b 1 Mar 1815, Dillingersville; d 16 Jul 1904). Theresa at one point was also referred to as Caroline. They are the parents of Catherine STAHLER (1842-1924), who married Tilghman RITTER (1837-1907). I have several potential ancestors but seem unable to find the links that would confirm which are his actual ancestors. Any leads, including Theresa's maiden name, would be greatly appreciated. 3. Margaret was d/o Peter & Magdelena WERST. Magdelena is buried At Saucon Mennonite, with a marker. The YODER website states Peter is burid there also. There is an unnmarked grave on each side of Magdelena. Margaret was buried in Springfield, Bucks Co., but I have yet to locate her. Peter lived there for some time. However, he is not listed under this spelling. Margaret was born 1785. Oh! I have only 50+ spellings & variations of WERST. Join the club. Margaret was his second wife, his first was also named Margaret. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gordon Koerner" <judygak@ntelos.net> To: <palehigh@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, March 17, 2007 9:20 AM Subject: Re: [PALEHIGH] Elizabeth Jacoby > One of my problems is, I cannot find anything on relatives; ie parents, > brothers, sisters. > > All I know is, she was from the vicinity of Lower/Upper Saucon township, > Lehigh Co., PA > > Have done census and other research but cannot find the right tie. > > Gordon A.
