Conrad Holman, Sr., the grandfather, was born in New Castle County, DE., in 1738 . Conrad Jr., was born in Chester County in 1768 He married Rachel Guss, d/o Charles and Mary Shunk. Samuel Holman, married in 1822 to Sarah, d/o Daniel Hertz and Elizabeth Kisner, born at Harrisburg, Dec 5, 1800 and she died Oct 22, 1863. Children; Anna Elizabeth, married Samuel Alleman, Rev. Samuel Augustus, William Simon, Mary Ellen married Dr. A.L. Alstead and Sarah Frances, married George A. Klugh. Hoffman, William, s/o Jacob (born 1806) and Elizabeth Weiser (1805-1881), was born Sept 7, 1831, in Jordan township, Northumberland County. His grandfather came from Berks County, where he was born, to Lykens Valley at an early day. He married Rebecca Kuntzman, and they had the following; Daniel, George, Jacob, who married Eve Elizabeth Weiser and they had ( William, John, Mary who married __ Witmer, Sarah married ____ Moyer, and Elizabeth who married ___ Deppen) John and 7 daughters. Lebanon County History Huber, John, of Myerstown, born April 13, 1851, s/o Henry and Lydia (Smith) Huber, natives of Jackson township. Henry Huber was born in 1822, and died March 28, 1889, a son of Henry Huber, Sr., also from Jackson township. Henry Sr., was the father of the following, Henry, William, Aaron, and Elizabeth. Henry J., in 1843 or 44, married, and had the following, Susannah married David Raber, John, David unmarried, and Levi. John, was married to Fitila Schwartz of Bethel township, Berks County. She was the d/o Rev. Jonathan Schwartz, a native of Berks County, and the father of the following, Mrs. Huber, Angeline who married John Artz, Cecilia married Samuel C. Bechtold of Reading, John H. of Derry Church, Dauphin County, Lizzie, married B.C.. Lindermuth, of Harrisburgh, Frank went West, Charles of Lancaster, and Alice, who married Daniel Bender of NJ. John and Fitila had one son, Henry of Harrisburg. Dauphin County History Hoover,, Jacob, settled in the Upper End in 1800. Of his children; Jacob who died young and married ___ "Bellas", Christian, married __Feagley and their son( Samuel moved to Minn.), John, married Margaret Lebo, Mary married John Shoffstall, Katharine, married George Kissinger,Susanna married Henry Umholtz. Lehigh County History-Allentown Huber, Barthol (Bartholomew) Huber, who appears as a house-owner in 1782, he was the grandfather of Peter Huber. His son, Conrad, born in Macungie, came to Allentown at an early day, living there until his death,at aged 85. He married Margaret Bender. Their sons, Jacob, and David are deceased, Peter, married Anna, the d/o Abraham Worman, 2nd to Mary, the sister of Anna Worman. Conrad Huber had five daughters, Susan who married George Kauffman, Elizabeth, who marrid Jonathan Schwart, Christian, the wife of Charles Martin and Mary, the wife of Levi Woodring).
