Suit Is Filed Against Estate Of Alfred Boyer A lawsuit against the estate of a retired local printing firm executive, as the result of an auto accident prior to his death, has been filed at the county courthouse. The action was begun on behalf of Peter A Baal, of Fredericksburg, a former local jeweler, against the estate of Alfred W. Boyer, this city. Baal suffered injuries in an accident on Pershing Ave., near Lincoln Ave., Oct. 23, 1955, while a passenger in a car driven by Boyer, according to the attorney filing the suit.
