I agree, they must have someone new or maybe someone was filling in because the lady named Doreen, that was there before was wonderful, so very , very helpful. She went out of her way to help . She also gave me a map, looked things up, always responded to my snail mail queries to check on burials.She was one of the most helpful people I ever encountered.It would be very sad to think she is no longer there.She was an asset to researchers!And she was always very polite.My husband and I even bought her a gift (a glass angel) because of how wonderful she was to us She helped me so many times.
