I had called a day or two before I went to the cemetery office. When I got there I gave the secretary a list of surnames that I was interested in & she got the cards out for me to check. I wrote down the info that I was interested in then asked about if there was a map of some sort so that I could find the location where the people that I was interested in was buried. The secretary gave me a map of the cemetery with the sections marked. I had no problem with the secretary the 2 times that I was there for info. Marlene
