Someone helped me get a 1860's census from new jersey, where they resided for a few years. So from that i know you have the correct family. Also mary and elizabeth, i have found out were twins. You were correct. Using City directories (i am not good at this genealogy stuff, yet) i have found they lived on 414 North 9th street (not ave), in lebanon. ACtually this is the address of a church, where i have found out he was the preacher of. I have contacted the currect preacher of the church who is helping me as well. Turns out he is some far far relation. Any idea how i would find any info on elizabeth(foster-daughter of walter)and married to George-they lived in lebanon, pa also -last i can get any info was 1973 living on north 11th street. Also the other sister Laura,(who moved many times but always lived in the city of lebanon) its like her son and husband have disappeared off the face of the earth. Unfortunately being just a beginner, i dont know all the resources, have been using librarys so far and messege boards. Will have to go to the historical society as well. I do have the obits for Walter and anna march, though, as they both passed in Altoona, Pa. Thanks so much dave!
