I've been researching my Embich line of ancestors lately and today I came across a request on RootsWeb(dated 2002) for information about Christoph Embich, a carpenter, who came to Lebanon from Germany via the ship The Nancy on June 21, 1774. Did anyone ever answer the lady's request? If so, what was determined? I'm not sure this is the proper venue for such requests as mine. I'm rather new at genealogy researching online.
