Grumbine, "Two Dead and Lost Churches of the Swatara," in Lebanon County Historical Society Papers, I (1901), pp. 291-304. The old Swatara Reformed Church, possibly also used by a Lutheran congregation, dated from the 1730s. It was located between Jonestown and Fredericksburg, and was abandoned after congregations were established in the two villages in the 1760s. A church register for the Reformed was purchased in 1751. Had 107 baptisms by Conrad Templeton. Donna, I don't remember if Leb Co Hist Soc had the records. Some of my Seltzers were supposedly buried at the old Swatara church. Anne Shifflet
