Hi: I am a long-time searcher but a newbie to the Lebanon list. My interest is in unravelling two family lines, each headed by a Michael Krebs. Michael #1 was b. in Germany 17 Aug 1747 and married Catherine Schnee. I have a long line of children and others, spread across Pennsylvania. The first child, William, was bap, in the First Reformed Lutheran Church of Lebanon in Apr 1771. Michael #2 appears to have been b. 27 Aug 1749 and d. 2 Nov 1803 in Lebanon. The dates seem be similar but the difference is that this Micahel was married to Anne Margaretha Fortney/Fordney. The scond child wa Barbara, baptized 26 Feb 1776 in Tabor Church. Most of the later children have records in Tabor Church. The problem is that some of the Michael #1 children have similar names and birth dates. I would be interested in any help that you can give from relationships in other families you search. I would like to track the families as they expanded and moved about.
