Cricket, Perhaps you have the wrong name, maybe a similar spelling such as Mumma? Maybe the hill was named after a family living close by? There were Mumma's living outside Middletown and Highspire. I have lived in the Harrisburg area all my life & have never heard of mummy's hill. Joyce Barnhart
