I too am researching the Brightbill/Brechtbill/etc line. My connection is a Rebecca Brechtbill (b. ca. 1807-8) who married a Michael Snyder. I've assembled quite a bit of information on the Brechtbill families. It appears that there are several different, quite possibly unrelated, families in the Lebanon-Dauphin County area.
