    3. Israel Daniel Rupp (b.1803? in PA d. ca 1870, I think Phila. PA) was prominent historian of south central PA which includes Lebanon, Dauphin, Lancaster, York, Cumberland, Adams, Franklin etc. counties. You might look for bio of I> D> Rupp and any collateral Family Trees. Just a thought, not a specific answer for you. I. D. Rupp wrote several County Histories of this area pub. ca 1830 - 1840's. I know one was reprinted ca 1070 "History of Cumberland, Franklin, Adams Co.s". I read part of that book, but, am not certain of EXACT title. It was an excellent and very interestin book, copies of letters etc. and many quotes from other sources. Try checking with PA State Library in Harrisburg, PA for Rupp's Work. Hope this is interest to you.
