Sue Thanks for your reply. I have found some info on the Smith/Forrer connection but so far have not been able to tie it in to my line. There is a Johannes Forrer book which I have a photo copy of and I've also found it on line at <A HREF="http://www.geocities.com/ad_container/pop.html?cuid=10201&keywords=none" >Forry Genealogy</A>have you seen it? My line is John Forry who married "Polly" Maria Spangler. That is where my brick wall starts. Because the earlier part of this book doesn't prove out to courthouse records. Anything to prove who John's parents and grandparents where would be appreciated. Sandy
