I am also interested in the BRIGHTBILL's. It seems that a Phillip HETRICK married a BRIGHTBILL, they had a daughter (Elizabeth; b. 11 Dec 1791; d. 1 Jan 1872) I believe. She married first a Mr. Lingle/Lingel, then married John SHOOP/SCHUPP/SHUPP/etc, in October 1823. Thank you for your assistance.
