    3. Be nice now; you know that wasn't done on purpose. This often happens when one's email program malfunctions -- it appears that the message has not been sent, so you hit "send" again and again and again. By the time the message disappears, you have sent it multiple times. Besides, it wasn't 25 repeat messages (more like 12). It gives your email correspondents exercise hitting delete, again and again and again.....
