There are no Fellenbaums listed in the index. As for Mary Schaeffer, there is only Mary Light Schaeffer, b.Nov. 8, 1904. Sorry. Leroy Miller

    3. Searched on Http://www.civilwardata.com and found two references to Peter H. Light. One enlisted on 10/22/62 as a private in COMPANY H. PA 3rd Heavy Artillery Pennsylvania Volunteers, was mustered out on 7/25/65 after the end of the War. \The other Peter H. Light enlisted on 9/12/62 as a Private into Company B. PA 11th Infantry and was mustered out on 9/25/62 in PA Volunteers. From the Dates it is unlikely that these are the same person. I think there was another Peter Light, and Peter H. Light from Illinois. I c an get you other information, such as outfit casualties, and Regiment Battle history if there is a way to identify which John H. Light is correct, or I get both. I have signed up for this service - I think $25 a year to research as much as you want. Earl earl@shay.net

    1. [PALEBANO-L] FETTER INQUIRY
    2. Hi, I am looking for any information on an Isabella FETTER born 1858 in Schaefferstown, Lebanon County. She died in 1875 and I am interested in finding out what was the cause of death. I've been told that she died unwed in childbirth and that her baby died as well. But I don't think that is the truth because according to the 1880 Census Records of Lebanon County there is a Levi ECKERT age 4 (adopted) born 1875 living with Isabella's parents. It sounds to me like she was married and her baby did survive. If anyone has any information that can help me find the truth I woul appreciate it. You can email me at LKaz@aol.com Thank You, Lisa

    1. [PALEBANO-L] Krebs Search
    2. Hi: I am a long-time searcher but a newbie to the Lebanon list. My interest is in unravelling two family lines, each headed by a Michael Krebs. Michael #1 was b. in Germany 17 Aug 1747 and married Catherine Schnee. I have a long line of children and others, spread across Pennsylvania. The first child, William, was bap, in the First Reformed Lutheran Church of Lebanon in Apr 1771. Michael #2 appears to have been b. 27 Aug 1749 and d. 2 Nov 1803 in Lebanon. The dates seem be similar but the difference is that this Micahel was married to Anne Margaretha Fortney/Fordney. The scond child wa Barbara, baptized 26 Feb 1776 in Tabor Church. Most of the later children have records in Tabor Church. The problem is that some of the Michael #1 children have similar names and birth dates. I would be interested in any help that you can give from relationships in other families you search. I would like to track the families as they expanded and moved about. I am happy to share a descendant chart of the information on the two families to give you a handle on later generations. You may wish to reply to me direct. TIA Dick Creps

    1. [PALEBANO-L] Hessian prisoners
    2. Rich, In An Economic History of Lebanon County, published by the Lebanon County Historical Society in 1950, Professor Frederick Miller wrote a chapter on the Cornwall Plantation and Iron Furnace. On page 94 he describes that the Furnace fell short of workers during the revolution and "on April 23, 1777, twenty-two prisoners arrived at Cornwall under the command of a "sergeant" and remained for about 85 weeks. Some men stayed longer than that. Apparently the names of the Hessians were recorded in the Cornwall Furnace Time Book 1776-1785 and I believe that may be inspected at the archives in Harrisburg.
