    3. Nola, there is no connection AT THIS TIME. Since BRIGHTBILL is the mother of a twice married daughter, whose name I have not yet proven. I have been trying for five years to make sure that her name is Elizabeth, but so far no luck. I do not give up on brick walls very easy. I was very glad when I found the mail lists a few months ago. I had been just using genealogy's that were already on the web, and doing research when I was able to get to the Harrisburg area. I did find a place called "THE PERRY HISTORIAN" in Newport, PA, that had a wealth of information, but I was not able to tie my relatives into it yet. 2. With all the inquiries into the Brechtbiel family with it's various spellings, perhaps there should be a web page created for them. I have an Elizabeth Brechtbiel , b 1775 (mennonite) married to Samuel Scherk. Elizabeth's parents were Jonathan Brechtiel and Elizabetha Uhrich. Lee

    3. I am also interested in the BRIGHTBILL's. It seems that a Phillip HETRICK married a BRIGHTBILL, they had a daughter (Elizabeth; b. 11 Dec 1791; d. 1 Jan 1872) I believe. She married first a Mr. Lingle/Lingel, then married John SHOOP/SCHUPP/SHUPP/etc, in October 1823. Thank you for your assistance. Christian and Elizabeth Kendrick Forrer had four sons all born in Lancaster: Henry b 1761 Daniel b 1763 Christian b 1765 Samuel b 1773 From there I only have the info on Daniel.
