Jan, My Dickson Relatives had a summer cottage in Lowellville,they resided in Youngstown.. I don't know about the Rd,. but do know it was in Mahoning County. My ? is, was it always in Mahoning or what prior county was it in? I have alot of relatives in this area. I have a plot map from the old United Presbyterian Church Cemetary there with Ripples on it.
