And the 2nd forward of the original messages GMWindstorm@aol.com sent me. I'm crossin' my fingers there's a connection out there somewhere for this missing father. I had a gr-grandfather who just took off when my grandfather was only 2 and his sister 5. My grandfather and his sister were bitter about his abandonment of the family until they died. There mother was even worse. It turned her into a very bitter, nasy woman for the rest of her life. Put your thinking caps on. If there's no connection out there perhaps we can make some suggestions on places to search for answers. You folks are more expect in Lawrence County than I. My mother and father were separated when I was only 3 or 4. My mother was a very bitter person after that and would not talk of my father. I have never seen a picture of him I don't know what color of hair he had or anything about him . I do know he had athree bothers Andrew J. killed in the first world war. Carl married Helen had one son name Aubrey nickname Ted. Harold married Edna B. had three daughter and one son Betty and Regis, Floratta, Lakneia(?) spelling. William had two sons and one girl William E., Raymond , and a girl named Gail. They all lived in a place called Parkgate. I am a granddaughter trying to find something of my past. Any one that could and would help I would greatly appreciate it.
