I have a copy of a record book from the Lawrence County Library and would like to know where I can order a copy of my husbands great-grandfathers naturalization paper. Would it be in the New Castle Court or the Historical Society? He was naturalized 9-15-1896 in New Castle, Joseph Pulaski. Thanks for any direction, Terrie
