Dear Dave, these notes came from my oldest genealogical notebook, which I started about 20 years ago, and I was so 'inexperienced' that I did not write down the sources. In the meantime I learned that this is important, and write down the source before I write down the information. So, after all this, I am sorry, I have no 'ship' they came in, at least you got the year. Btw. I knew the 'Kern's' of Hamilton quite well, I think that Jack Kern was doing genealogy. Have not seen him for a long time though. Hi John. Do you know what ship they sailed on? My HATTERHAM / HARTRUM / HOTRUM family were closely-connected with the KERNs in NJ and Canada, and I'm wondering if they came to America on the same ship. I'm still trying to discover their original name.
