To all subscribers I took care of this problem within minutes of the email being posted. There is never a need for list subscribers to take it upon themselves to scold on the list. If anyone has concerns, they should write to me privately. Please do not take matters into your own hands and post your own rebuke on the list. I read all mail and I will deal with problems myself. If everyone who found that particular email annoying wrote to the list about it, that would be spam too! It would also be very annoying as the rest of us waded through all the complaints :-) I also deal in private so you will not see my response but you can be guaranteed there will be one if warranted. btw asking a spammer to be courteous is not likely to get results :-) My methods do.
